Tickets for easy Check-in

When guests register for your event, they are emailed a ticket which they can print or send to their mobile phone. The ticket includes a QR code and short code that make at the door check-in a snap.

Prepaid Tickets

Collect money in advance with Doorkeeper by requiring prepayment. Alternatively, run an event with optional prepayment, and let attendees decide whether to pay in advance or at the door. All funds collected go directly to your Paypal account.

Scannable Tickets

Doorkeeper tickets are scannable by any device with a QR code reader, which helps you quickly check in your guests. With the Doorkeeper iPhone app, scanning tickets is even faster.

Limit Registrations

If you have a venue with limited space, you can put a limit on registrations so you don't go over capacity. Once your event is full, guests can add themselves to the waitlist, so they will be notified if a space frees up.

Email Notifications

Be it a change in venue, a reminder for an event, or a follow up after an event, Doorkeeper makes it easy to contact your guests with an email notification.

Automatic Notifications to Guests

A guest automatically receives a confirmation mail upon signing up to your event. Guests will automatically receive notifications when being moved from the waitlist to being registered for the event.

Printable Guest List

Although Check-in can be automated by using a mobile device or notebook PC, you can still use a paper list for at the door check in.

Private Events

Usually tickets for events are issued on a first-come-first-served basis. The private event feature lets you approve members before they receive a ticket.
