Information about You
To register an account we only ask for your credentials.
In order to join any of the event communities we host, additional information may be required, depending on the event organizers' requirements. This usually includes a valid email address and your name in order to identify you at the door and to be able to contact you.
When signing up or attending an event, we collect additional information relevant for the event organizers to manage the event, such as when you signed up or checked in.
Retention and Deletion
Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your personally identifiable information from our active databases. Upon our receipt of your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your personally identifiable information as soon as reasonably possible. Nonetheless, we will retain in our files information you may have requested us to remove if, in our discretion, retention of the information is necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or to enforce the Terms of Service. Furthermore, your information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints (for example, we will not remove your information from our back up storage).
Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, and pages visited.
Like many sites on the web, we use "Cookies" to store information in your browser. The purpose of those Cookies is to identify you after you logged into our web sites.
Third Party Services
Further, we may disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect our rights or property.
Besides the points given here, we will not disclose your Personal Information.
